Your website should do more than exist. It should make the value of your business easy to understand—and the next step easy to take.
We believe a great project is built on trust, collaboration and a shared commitment to doing the details well.
“The process should feel clear from the first conversation to launch. That’s the standard we work toward on every project.”

Built for the long termOur commitmentStill wondering about something? Send us a note and we’ll help you work it out.
Ask us directly ↗A focused small-business website commonly takes 2–5 weeks once the scope, content and required materials are agreed. Larger e-commerce or custom projects may take longer. Your proposal will include a project timeline.
We’ll ask about your goals, audience, services, brand assets and any examples you like. If your content or logo is not ready, we can discuss the best way to prepare it before the build.
Yes. Responsive layouts are part of the build process. We design and test key page layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes.
That depends on the platform and scope selected. We’ll explain how updates work before the project starts and can discuss ongoing maintenance if you prefer hands-on support.
Project deposits and payments are handled under the written project agreement. Our proposed policy is that work already completed and approved costs are not refundable; any unearned prepaid balance is reviewed according to the agreement and applicable law. See the policy summary below.
Tell us a little about your project. We’ll get back to you to discuss the right next step.
This plain-language summary is intended to set expectations. The signed proposal or service agreement for each project takes priority where it contains more specific terms.
Each project begins with a written proposal describing deliverables, scope, timeline, responsibilities, fees and payment milestones. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote and written approval. The client is responsible for providing accurate content, approvals and rights to supplied materials.
Payment dates and any deposit are confirmed in the project agreement. Once work has started, completed work, third-party costs and approved expenses are not refundable. If a project ends early, any unearned prepaid balance will be reviewed against work completed and costs incurred, subject to the agreement and applicable law.
Either party may request cancellation in writing. Please provide at least 5 business days’ notice where possible. The client remains responsible for fees for work completed and non-cancellable costs up to the effective cancellation date. Pauses, rescheduling and major scope changes may affect delivery dates and fees.
Post-launch support is limited to the period and items stated in the proposal. Domain registration, hosting, email, plugins and other third-party services may have separate fees and terms. LF Green LLC is not responsible for outages or policy changes controlled by third-party providers.
